Tony has a BA in Art from UC Berkeley. Besides performing for over a decade as an improviser with groups such as BATS Improv, he has worked as a UX designer and graphic designer for a variety of silicon valley startups designing products that work well and look great. He is passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ causes and is delighted to support Oasis Legal Services.
SHEENA JOHNSON - FUNDRAISING CONSULTANT
Sheena Johnson has worked in non-profit administration for over 10 years with a passion for social justice and the arts. She has supported numerous non-profits including the Prison Law Office, Center for Media Justice and Zaccho Dance Theater. Sheena has also worked in philanthropy having served as program staff at the Akonadi Foundation and the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation. Now working as a consultant, she is proud to leverage her experience to support non-profits like Oasis Legal Services who are dedicated to racial justice and human rights.
MIKE VARGAS - TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANT
Mike received his BS in EECS at UC Berkeley and his MBA from UCLA. During his career he has worked for iconic tech companies including Apple and Yahoo! as well as several Silicon Valley startups. He has supported many progressive causes and is excited to be assisting the Oasis team in their mission.
DUSTIN BANKSTON - ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER
Dustin is a certified specialist by the State Bar of California in Immigration and Nationality Law and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He currently owns a private practice, Bankston Immigration Law Office. Dustin graduated from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento with distinction. While in law school, Dustin began training in immigration law, working in the immigration clinic helping low-income individuals with their cases. After graduation , he volunteered at the East Bay Sanctuary Covenant attending asylum interviews with indigenous Guatemalans and LGBT asylum seekers.
