Immigration Overview

Oasis provides free and low-cost immigration legal services for LGBTQ+ immigrants. We support people who are seeking safety in the U.S. through asylum and other immigration pathways like green cards, family petitions, and citizenship. We are not able to represent people living outside the United States.
